All vehicles are sold as seen, meaning they are purchased in their current condition with no guarantee or warranty implied or given. We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect and, where appropriate, independently assess vehicles prior to purchase.

 

If a fault arises due to the car being materially misrepresented (e.g. false mileage, undisclosed accident damage, etc.). within 30 days of purchase that makes the car unroadworthy or not as described, please contact us immediately to discuss your options under the Consumer Rights Act.
