Terms & Conditions - the basics

Welcome to Wheel and Deal (London) Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of any vehicle listed for sale. By using our website or purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Vehicle Listings

We make every effort to ensure all vehicle descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, we accept no liability for errors or omissions. Vehicles are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.

We recommend that all customers inspect vehicles in person or arrange for an independent inspection before making a purchase.

2. Pricing

All prices listed are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice. Final sale prices will be confirmed in writing at the point of agreement.

3. Vehicle Condition – “Sold as Seen”

All vehicles are sold "as seen", unless otherwise stated. This means you accept the vehicle in its current condition at the time of sale.

However, as a limited company operating as a motor trader, your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• Vehicles must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

• If a fault is found within 30 days of purchase, you may be entitled to a full refund.

• After 30 days (but within 6 months), you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the fault.

4. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or where your statutory rights apply.

5. Payment

Full payment must be made by bank transfer, debit card, or approved finance agreement before vehicle handover. We do not accept cheques or cash over £1000.

6. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are only offered in accordance with your statutory rights. "Change of mind" returns are not accepted. If a fault arises, please contact us immediately to allow us to inspect and resolve the issue.

7. Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, vehicles are sold without additional warranty beyond your statutory consumer rights. Extended warranties may be available upon request.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to engage in unlawful activity or attempt to interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw access at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wheel and Deal (London) Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from use of the website or the purchase of a vehicle, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
